Idealized to be the stage for the new headquarters of a creation and technology company, the project's permanent focus was on the users and their quality of life and health. Therefore, high flexibility was required for the spaces, as we were filled with heterogeneity, individualities and diverse needs.
LISTENING
It all starts with people. During the initial studies, we consulted Trinca's leadership and team, understanding their routines, pain points, desires and organizational culture. We used neuroscience tools applied to architecture to identify patterns and generate data that guides decisions with intentionality, resulting in a clear diagnosis of the project's human, technical, and symbolic needs.
STRATEGY
We designed the project concept and the spatial solutions aligned with the organization's purpose, values and identity, uniting strategic design, well-being and performance.
At Trinca, the ground floor opens to collective activities, being the reception spot for both internal and external people. The floor was zoned into two main sectors: the "plaza", which invites users to workshops, talks and informal meetings; the "forum", with a flexible layout and possible to be used by other companies, allowing them to host their own activities and events.
On the second floor, the existing double-height space received the mezzanine’s metal structure, above where the "forum" is located on the ground floor. The floor can be read through three distinct sectors: the first one contains two multipurpose rooms, with a flexible layout and extensive technology. The second one, on the mezzanine, houses four meeting rooms for moments of focus and projects developments that require concentration. The third sector is open with many jump spaces for quicker calls. The central area of this space can be used for napping, relaxing work, reading and decompression: welcome to the horizontal network!
The third floor was dedicated to formal workstations, to the "working alone". In this large open floor, none of the tables were placed against the outer perimeter of the windows, creating a gallery for circulation and enjoying the surrounding views.
The fourth floor of Trinca, where the communal kitchen, the games area, the vegetable garden and the sunset viewpoint are homed, was the chosen space to share - intended for the socialization of the entire team and the integration between people, nature and city, through the experience provided by the terrace and the lookout.
EXPERIENCE
We developed the technical project and the detailing, coordinating all project disciplines - followed-up each stage, from execution to occupancy. At Trinca, all infrastructure was left exposed and carefully coordinated.
Another concern with the working spaces is the acoustics, as it directly impacts people’s well-being and their productivity. In this project, acoustic baffles were specified and installed to significantly reduce reverberation time, being a key factor in lowering background noise and improving speech intelligibility - thereby enhancing auditory comfort and team communication.
The result are spaces that inspire, strengthen the brand and generate real impact.
