This project involves a complete architectural and interiors renovation of a 4,500 sf open plan penthouse. The design balances public, loft-like spaces and more intimate, private spaces. A rich palette of materials including teak, waxed Venetian plaster and volcanic stone enhance the light filled spaces and panoramic views. Custom furnishings and installations by two contemporary artists complement the architecture with more organic forms and softer elements.
