This office space is located in the heart of Tribeca, and exemplifies our firms ability to design and construct for commercial spaces and not only residences.

The project features furnishings that adhere to modern aesthetics. In some instances you have new table space and seating that signal work area, but there are also areas designated for comfort and relaxation.

The inspiration behind the use of materials, technology and forms were the ideas of what the office of the future should offer us. Oak floors, brick walls, artwork, wall hues and glass doors combine to create a homely vibe, while office technology - televisions, projection screens, and modern desk space - suit workers perfectly.

Tribeca Office's layout is easy to navigate and allows the materials to spread to every corner without interruption. The transparency of the meeting room doors allow a hybrid of modern and contemporary to flow in from the neighboring work room. The contrasting white hue throughout gives bookshelves and cabinetry a uniform, deco-style look.
