This apartment was formerly the top floor of a manufacturing building in Tribeca. Our firm converted the building to residential – adding a 4 story penthouse on top. During that renovation we took advantage of zoning permitted height limits to create 14 foot ceilings in this apartment. This allowed the creation of a library wall with mezzanine overlooking the living room. Simple and fresh.
