We were comissioned with this unique opportunity to design a mixed use building with a grocery store, a "Samborn´s" store (which is the equivalent of a small FNAC, 190 appartments (175 sq/mts each), a kindergarten, parking space, commercial space for rent and office space for rent. The challenge started not only by the program, but by the complexity of a triangle shaped site with a 15 meter downhill slope.
The Project was finished and the "focus groups" that the developer asked to review the project decided to go with a more commercial architect. Not me, by the way.
