This project revitalizes living habitats and balances them with industrialized areas through minimal, community-driven interventions. It includes essential repairs, aesthetic enhancements, slope adjustments for inclusive mobility, and the planting of indigenous trees as noise barriers. Universal access is ensured through elevators, ramps, and pathways. Community involvement in design reflects local identity and heritage, integrating Eibar’s industrial history. Public spaces offer amenities like a supermarket and cafes, while new extensions use sustainable materials for energy efficiency. The project blends architecture with nature, promoting a sustainable, community-focused lifestyle.
