The site is located at Motoyawata of Chiba prefecture. Surrounding is a series of low houses and patches of black pines that have been there for ages. Although, this house is a two-story house, by connecting rooms of varying ceiling height it creates many different line of sight and gives depth to the rooms. In addition all the rooms in this house has two entryways, resulting in a rich line of flow without no dead ends. The window cuts the sky creating a joyful space.
