A transportation & pedestrian checkpoint hub, connecting Hong Kong and Shenzhen, Guangdong Province. Two structured volumes with console office-spaces connected with biomorph 2-level pedestrian tube and transport bridges over Shenzhen river. Different levels are for cars, trucks, buses and pedestrians. The main volumes with checkpoints and customs are equipped with bank terminals, canteens and bars, fast-food restaurants and retail blocks. The concept represents the horizontal tree over the great river (as a traditional form of bridge), connecting the Big China (Shenzhen) - the "root" and Hong-Kong - the "free leaves in the wind"...
