The transport and transfer hub, which includes 29 floors, consists of railway station, bus station and intercept multi-level parking for 2,100 cars as planned.
Infrastructure object proposed offices – 25 000 sq.m., shopping mall – 18 700 sq.m., two floors of sports club – 3 360 sq.m., two floors of restaurant – 1 460 sq.m. and several buildings of apartments with an area of 113 045 sq.m.
