Working with the building envelope team of a very large transportation-sector engineering firm, DWA provides design support and drafting services for re-roofing and masonry repair contracts for the local Transit Authority. This building envelope consulting work requires careful and close coordination with the Transit Authority’s standards and personnel, and the preparation of extremely detailed design drawings for the provision of new roofs on a wide range of different facilities, including active subway and bus stations, control offices, and train yard facilities.
