The training and dental services enter is developed in the northeast sector of Universidad Católica Toribio de Mogrovejo campus, located on Josemaria Escriva de Balaguer avenue, number 855. Chiclayo city, Lambayeque department.
In a growth plan of the University which borders on the northeast with Rosa Nelida Castillo town, limited until then with a perimetric fence which was used by the community as a garbage dump, generating pollution and insecurity, it is proposed to place this building in front of the community and replacing this fence by a perforated wall that allows to integrate visually community whit the campus, also generating a main entrance towards the campus.
The building consists of four levels and a basement with a total area of 3059.80 m², comprises the architectural design required for the operation of a training and dental services center in Chiclayo city, the project is proposed through a covered access led by a block of services that helps to the approach of the building, a podium is used on, which the building sits.
This first level dilates of the total body by enclosures displaced inwards and outwards releasing the structures. The conformation of the body of the project is given by the enclosures released from de structure, this time outwards, the enclosure of the project is shaped by the projecting windows and concrete slabs that protect the building from the sun in the morning and afternoon with the necessary angle to protect the solar incidence in most of the year, some walls of the roof have been released inside to achieve the necessary cross ventilation.
