After being closed for over 10 years, this emblematic venue re-opened its door with a complete new design to once again take its rightful place as the city’s hottest club. The dramatic entrance leads down a series of stairs to the main hall. The focal point of the design is a chandelier made of over 2500 tequila patron bottles each having custom LED pixel in it thus creating a light sculpture over the central bar. To make up for the lack of view faux windows were created in which mapped projections show urban landscapes and other themed views. The volume is made to be divided into a large and small hall, the latter being dominated by an M.C Escher inspired feature in the soffit. This division allows the space to offer a more intimate atmosphere when closed, and a full blown club when opened.
