s one of the architects commissioned to design a new development on Miami's Allison Island, EFM created four townhouses. The two different 4-story townhouse configurations - either a corner lot with a unit of 4500 square feet or a center lot with a unit of 3200 square feet - were influenced by the city's Art Deco tradition as well as climate and sustainability issues. In addition, EFM designed the sales office (both building and interior) and the layouts and finishes of the kitchens and bathrooms of all of the townhouse and condo apartment units in the development.
