This was a terrific and fun project because the client was
so adorable and easy to work with! Not only did we have fun but we developed a
great friendship as well. We had met through a mutual friend and what drew us
together was our common interest in organic fruits and vegetables and healthy
eating.
She was currently renting a beautiful townhouse in Delray
Beach when we met and had recently purchased a brand new 3,200 sq. ft. townhouse,
also in Delray Beach, also built by the same developer as her current home.
The project required us to document her existing furniture,
design and space plan each room in the new townhouse she had purchased and to
also edit and supplement the new rooms with removing old and adding new pieces.
We also designed the new lighting
throughout and selected fixtures in line with our design concept.
We easily developed her design concept after much discussion
about lifestyle, design likes and design dislikes. The project process was easy going and free-flowing
which shows itself in the end result of a comfortable and beautiful, relaxed
home in the Pineapple Grove Neighborhood of lovely Delray Beach, FL.
