The site is located on the border of residential buildings and cottage settlements, so there was an idea to build something in between – a townhouse. It creates a border both literally and figuratively.
According to the idea of the architects, the townhouse consists of 8 sections, but in volume they are combined in pairs, which create the feeling of 4 blocks. The combination of brown brick, plaster and wood creates warmth and comfort. Large windows allow to integrate nature into the interior of the townhouse.
