This tower lobby represents our first project in North American will be characterised by a rich materiality and ethereal ambience created by different textures.
As guests are drawn to the lobby from outside or their apartments the space as a whole has an expansive feel and a strong indoor-outdoor connection due to the bright and light materiality feeling.
The lobbyists conceived as a contemporary space due to timeless niches, above all there will be a real connection between the guests and the richness of British Columbia natural elements. Art display will become a continuous thread making sure the lobby becomes a new meeting point rather than just a transition corridor as it is now.
