Location of newly developed S, M, L villa is directly along the shoreline on the southern shore of Tivat Bay, in Krašići, with a unique view of the bay. The building can be accessed from land and sea, i.e. seaside walkway which substantially affected development of concept aimed at quality integration of thematic whole in the landscape. Indicial concept of “micro” urbanism is generated with organisation of open spaces at the locations with different functions and themes, as well as opportunities for their transformation and connecting in respect to specific user-needs. Basic form of the villa is generated with main axis at north-east / south-west direction that “aggregates” main programme units and connects the two key accesses to the location. In addition to its communication role, the axis is important for many scenographic-landscape sequences which alternate linearly and connect with the contents at the ground floor of villa, as well as other ambiances at the landscape level (Mediterranean garden, pool, atrium, jetty and). In terms of shapes, two mutually remote segments, height 9 m, of different character, are dominant. The first is “static”, pulled towards the entrance zone of the villa complex and the second is moved, “floating” in direct vicinity of the sea. Dynamics of the building is “soothed” by low ground floor linear segment that goes along the basis of axis and with it represents bonding tissue in formal and functional sense. The concept of dynamic, segmented volumetry with dark materialisation, reduced the impression of its size, so the villa becomes a new “landmark” and an example of successful integration into sensibility of Tivat Bay landscape.
