This project consisted of total house refurbishment including external works to conservatory, the replacement of the outhouse and patio in rear garden. The patio was created with a concealed contemporary ‘aco ‘ drain to create a more aesthetic solution for the drainage. We also carried out works to the conservatory walls and roof and painted the masonry in Paint and Paper Library’s Portland Stone to create a more complimentary finish to the external fascia. The floors of the conservatory were also insulated under the boards themselves and then stripped and oiled. We removed the wall between the existing living room and dining room installing a RSJ to make a large open plan living/dining space with refurbished kitchen and feature lighting. We installed new bespoke internal oak doors in the new opening and new bespoke French doors to the garden and 2 large sash windows to the kitchen made to the clients specification and design and made in our joinery. We also refurbished the shower room and bathroom upstairs and downstairs cloakroom and then decorated throughout with a neutral palette of coloursAll the before & after pictures of this project available on Facebook.
