Torres Paz is a project designed by Vicca Verde in the same La Viñita neighborhood in Barranco, reinforcing its vision of sustainable architecture. This building incorporates innovations such as recycling greywater from showers to irrigate green areas on balconies, planters, terraces, and patios, as well as a centralized gas system to optimize energy use.
The interiors feature spacious areas, high ceilings, natural light, and ventilation, prioritizing views of both the park and the internal greenery in a design that fosters community living. Green spaces help filter and oxygenate the air, promoting the mental well-being of residents.
The common areas, including a reception area, a sports equipment washing station, and parking spaces for bicycles and motorcycles, reflect a commitment to a healthy and active lifestyle. The facade, made of pigmented exposed concrete in a green tone and precisely modulated, is complemented by vertical cables for climbing plants, seamlessly integrating nature and architecture in a design that evolves alongside the urban environment.
