The design aims to realize a local multifuctional hosted by the last two floors of the tallest tower in Belgrade.The space looks like a huge open space plan with double heigth enhanced by an incredible 360 degree views over the city and on luxurious vegetation. It's The relationship with space (inside and surroundings) has give the guidelines of the project.The 24th floor is home to a space seamlessly that wraps around the central core of the tower. This area is caracterized of the lifts, and leads the clients in a large lounge area up to a restaurant realized in a tidy garden, to want to continue a visual precezione that extends from interior of the tower until beyond the confines of its walls. The garden is enhanced by a sapiente lighting that emphasizes the vertical growing of the plants and the double height space, and of a careful selection of designer that furnishings creates islands of relaxation and elegance. The vertical space is partially interrupted by two discontinuous planes that dominate the restaurant area and a small lounge area in which it was created the enough space to insert a Token-Gym, a gymnasium open to employees and external users of the tower. The loft overlooks the garden below, and rewards users of the fitness of a priceless feeling of space.
