The project is an A+ energy-efficient tower featuring five apartments, each boasting an amazing sea view. The building’s dynamic sculptural form draws inspiration from Munari’s ideas of modernity, as seen in his Falkland design, and the futuristic movement.
Constructed with raw concrete and white marble, the structure manipulates both its shape and light conditions. With a total area of 460 m², the apartments provide ample privacy for the owners, while the interiors are designed to offer stunning sea views.
This sculptural construction remains lightweight, contrasting sharply with the neighboring typical blocks of flats, thanks to the use of ferrocement—a composite material consisting of mortar reinforced with a metal mesh.
