Implantation.
The building is located at the intersection of Avenida del Libertador and the Gral. Belgrano Railway in the town of Vicente López, at the southwest corner of the "Al Rio" development site. It is the first of three tower buildings planned in the master plan of development and that lie against the southern limit of the same.
The pedestrian access to the building is by the Libertador Avenue, producing the vehicular entrance to the parking lot from the parking lot of the Commercial Center in the subsoil.
The building's own parking area is delimited by a fire wall that separates it from the parking lot of the Shopping Center.
The access of service, loading and unloading is located on the service road that defines the southern limit of the plot and a private pedestrian access of the occupant of the offices of the basement is located on the east side of the ground floor.

Morphology
The building is composed of basement and tower where the volume of tower, in its expression on the facade of Av. Libertador, reaches the level ground floor. This feature is clearly expressed as a regular rectangular prismatic volume of twenty floors in height and plant of 28 m x 56 m which intersects with another trapezoidal volume of four stories in height occupying the whole of the assigned land. It seeks to break the conventional form of 'basement and tower' by highlighting the geometric purity of the prism of the tower.
The north side of the basement is integrated volumetrically with the Shopping Center of the development sharing the esplanade of the same at level +4.00 (ground floor) and level + 8.50 m (first floor). The north and east sides of the ground floor and first floor of the basement are intended for occupation by commercial premises integrated to the Shopping Center.
The facade treatment of the tower prism is of conventional curtain-wall, completely glazed but with shadow-box windowsill. The curtain-wall envelops the four facades of the tower with the exception of the central sector of the southern facade occupied by vertical circulations. It is sought to emphasize the verticality of the volume treatment with exempt mullions every three structural type glazing modules
On the other hand, the facade treatment of the basement is totally different from that of the tower, with an emphasis on the horizontal expression with treatment of recova in the ground floor and the first floor and with continuous parapets and sun visors on the floors second to fourth.
