The Outlet of Settimo Torinese, opened in March 2017, is an outdoor Village 15 minutes far from the center of Turin.

The new commercial complex is on two levels and is characterized by an obelisk whose two tapered columns, standing 85 meters high inclined so as to meet at their peak, are the landmark structure par excellence.

The complex is also characterized by a roof and external technical buildings, such as:
– parking floor: parking for public use, vertical connections (stairs, elevators and escalators) warehouses and technical rooms;
– commercial floor (about 90 commercial activities): outdoor boulevard, stores, restaurants, offices, control room and public toilets;
– roof: green area and technical paths.

Ancient materials and age-old craft skills combine with an innovative use of modern materials like prefabricated concrete, external thermal insulation, and a ‘hydraulic ring’ HVAC system with heat pumps and heat sinks, which allow an efficient transfer of energy ensuring the system to operate with a high energy conservation level.
