The company is a wholesaler of curtain fabrics. The rapidly growing company was a new and roomier accommodation necessary. They wanted a building in which they could express themselves. Based on the purity of the material and the softness of the fabrics we chosen for robust materials and unfinished spaces. A distinct and pure building has returned. The building is made of concrete and steel. The construction and installations are part of the interior and visible.
The required internal height in the warehouse makes it possible to lift the offices and create a concrete plinth which overflows in facade and eaves in the front of the building. The office and hallway has a equivalent materialization and height, which is in accordance with the planning rules. The glass façade is slightly set back to take distance from the public area. It gives more privacy and distance.
The budget for the building was cramped. But maximum quality achieved with a strategic choice for construction, materials and finishes. The result is an inside and outside sturdy and functional building in which space, material and light are deployed in a way.
