CHALLENGE

To transform the existing fast food outlet into a breakfast, lunch and dinner venue that is conducive to the Brisbane CBD location.

SOLUTION

The restaurant was designed to suit with the aesthetic of the new café, whilst providing a variety of meeting and dining environments that complement the entry and foyer spaces of the commercial office tower.

OUTCOME

WMK delivered a dynamic hospitality solution which activates the building foyer, provides tenants with alternative working environments and a stylish meeting destination.

The cohesive design of the restaurant, café and lobby work together to attract and retain quality tenants, generating income for 151 Properties and adding value to the underling building asset.
