empire. Not your average coffee shop, Toby's estate is the epicenter
of coffee knowledge. The baristas know their roasts and are willing to
share the entire timeline of your coffee from bean to brew. The
production process culminates with a giant coffee roaster on display for
particularly enthusiastic pupils. The space itself nurtures
exploration, investigation, and social interaction. Laboratory and
living room merge into space which is expository, comfortable and
ultimately fresh as the coffee
