The Talent Makers Lab (TML) is an undertaking with a three-pronged focus on training, entrepreneurship, and commercial development. This constitutes the very core of our project.
The site’s potential, combined with the expectations on the part of the city, the metropolis, and the residents of the Luth neighborhood led us to define an ambitious program that includes : a professional training center managed by the Aforp ; a Fablab, a workshop open to all, managed by WoMa and BagelLab ; an incubator / start-up form business center managed by Hauts-de-Seine CCI, a hardware store tried to TML’s theme, equipped with a do-it-yourself “Bricolab” spece ; an urban arts center with comprises Street Art workshops and an artist coworking space ; a contemporary music center (smac) ; shared apartments, managed by Groupe National Colocation, neighborhood shops and services ; urban agriculture operated by Topager and the association Espaces.
TML is a collective, participatory experience, a kind of “giant laboratory”. Ressources, both human and technical, and competences are shared. This is a multi-disciplinary space that TML’s actors share to innovate and create. TML is a new social interface for the neighborhood, Gennevilliers ‘ metropolitan showcase”.
