A site covenant limited the design of this family beach house to be single level, with a gabled roof. This dwelling is broken into two wings, with ends treated as sculptural forms that are enigmatic from the street. With a skillful application of colour and texture, vertical cedar weatherboards reinforce this simple concept from front to back.
