The site is located near Homagama town and it is at a moderately busy junction. The long narrow site is at a street corner, so it is very well exposed from two sides. Thus the main entrance is facing the main road while the two other secondary entrances connect with the byroad and the car park in the back area.
The linear interior arrangement responds to the long and narrow rectangular shape of the building. The Ground Floor is entirely given for the Pharmacy. There is a lift and two staircases connecting with the next two floors on top. The First Floor is given for the office areas and the other healthcare items. The Third Floor is expected to be a Doctor Channeling Center.
The secondary screen is protecting the interiors from getting heated up. The considerably wide pavement areas are landscaped to create a pleasant environment for the people.
