However, ground floor views in Jeungpyeong may be limited due to the lower elevation at the city center. To fully appreciate the hidden charms and scenic areas, ascending to higher points becomes essential.
Around the third floor, a concealed river emerges, gracefully meandering through the neighborhood. The fourth floor offers a panoramic vista that embraces both the historic and modern sections of the city. Upon reaching the fifth floor, a stunning sight of the mountain's foothills unfolds. The sixth and seventh floors provide diverse and captivating cityscape views from different angles.
To ensure residents and visitors can experience and appreciate the city's hidden beauty, we have meticulously constructed a vertical walking staircase. The public stairs, intricately zigzagged and interconnected at various angles, have been intentionally designed to intimately touch and engage with each unique landscape they encounter. This vertical scenic walkway warmly welcomes residents of Jeungpyeong and visitors from afar, providing them with an opportunity to explore and marvel at the breathtaking views it offers.
