This house is located on the outskirts of Limassol, just 400 meters from the sea, in one of the area’s most desirable residential neighborhoods. The site’s 12-meter slope from the North to South roads shaped the design, with the ground floor aligned to the North road for privacy and to anchor the building into the landscape.
Smaller, setback volumes on the upper levels house the bedrooms, divided by a vertical lift shaft that connects all floors. On the South side, the living areas open toward panoramic sea views, with interior and exterior pool verandas at the same level to ensure a seamless indoor-outdoor experience.
Inspired by the ancient stone of nearby Amathus, the exterior features natural travertine, giving the house a sculptural presence that blends with its surroundings. The same material is used for the main gates, where perforations provide privacy and visual interest.
Inside, a double-height entry void brings the garden into view through large glazing. A softly backlit translucent marble wall conceals a walnut staircase, while a leaf-inspired chandelier visually links both levels and adds organic elegance.
Lighting, designed in-house, plays a key role—balancing direct and indirect sources to highlight architectural details and create a warm, inviting atmosphere throughout the day and night.
