Remodeling of a Philadelphia residence with the addition of a new luxury gourmet kitchen, providing generous pantry, home office, and total integration into the existing home. The open kitchen provides ample prep space for cooking, as well as dining, as the cantilevered Italian granite surface transitions from counter top to table for six. A new opening was constructed to maximize natural light and ventilation in the space, while maintaining continuity with the rest of the home. Gourmet appliances such as a Subzero oven, Viking cooktop and Berloni Italian milled cabinetry were used throughout.
