Subterranean cocktail bar was created in a cellar space with access from the street level. In collaboration with Caseworks Architects, and Studio Robert Jamieson. In eliminating the ground floor level, and using the existing joists for interior finishes, exposing the brick structure and adding in a new steel frame, the space dramatically opens up from a small pinhole in the streetscape of Lafayette Street in Manhattan.
