The Russian house is a space without self-expression and cheap effects, it is pure architecture which works with the basic concepts: space, tectonics, surfaces, lines, light. Geometry of such houses usually simple and clear, but a combination of volumes often unexpectedly and whimsically in view of spontaneity of their occurrence. These houses aren't created for visual perception and especially for the architectural analysis and an admiring by esthetes. Often they make impression incomplete or deformed, bear in itself numerous traces of economic activities of people - powerful, bright, rude volumes are combined with an openwork carving or lists. Despite all reasonable efforts from the state older persons for today are one of the most socially unprotected groups of the population. Creating modern architecture, we deprive of older persons of space habitual by it and we force to adapt to alien conditions for them. This basic factor of the conflict of older persons and the present has helped us to generate a creative problem and idea of our house - to create "their" space taking into account traditions, features, to choose all the most important and necessary, but simultaneously with it to avoid literal references to out-of-date elements of Russian architecture which can't exist simultaneously with present elements. Speaking about the decision of this problem, we allocate two high lights. The first consists in physical conformity - the house space directly is connected with Russian subjects as a material generality, and dynamics of the form. The second is connected with a philosophical underlying cause of the house. The space is accurately zoned on two parts by an age principle.
