The Riverside Company, a global private equity firm, came to Process with a need for expansion and a desire to renovate their fast growing Cleveland office. Having worked with the client on various renovations over the past 20 years, Process had a clear idea of how to improve the space while appeasing the client. The scope of work included an expansion onto the 28th floor of Terminal Tower, including full demolition and new build out, a full renovation of approximately seventy percent of the 29th floor and the addition of a decorative connecting stairwell from the 28th to the 29th floor. Decorative finishes were designed around Riverside’s company logo and chosen with the intent of creating an upbeat and energizing space that could highlight the company’s artwork collection. Other design elements include the specialty chain string window treatments found in the lobby stairwell, custom signage, and millwork throughout the space.
