Simultaneous conflicting rhythms, which are not readily perceived as driving from one another, were the basis for the formation of the facade. The polyrhythm created by the wooden fins composes the entire score of this building’s music. The movement of this quartet, starts by sidewinding its way off a more rhythmic, two storey stone clad base, as it plays its way along the site. This, has helped to break the 300 feet long mega-block to a harmonious play of forms. The building houses 91 units which all are residential and one level of underground parking garage containing 97 parking spots.
