Projected house is two-storey building with additional attic floor, if necessary, may be provided a basement floor with sauna complex located in it (reflected in the draft). Functionally cottage is divided vertically into two areas, "public", and residential. The first zone includes an entrance hall with wardrobe and pantry, guest bathroom, gym, shower room with pool, kitchen, living room with dining area.
All areas of the first zone are grouped around a central hall. There is also two diverging in opposite sides of the hall stairs leading to the second floor adjacent to the hall. The living area consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. All the rooms on the second floor open onto a balcony. Also on the balcony it is a staircase leading to the attic floor.
All rooms are united by one "shell", which is a tilted cylinder. The cylinder is tilted strongly on the north-south axis, i.e. the end of the cylinder, inclined at an angle to the plane of the ground, allowing the greatest possible amount of sunlight to penetrate into the house. To achieve this, a large part of the plane of the end of the cylinder, that is, the roof of the cottage is made transparent. It is also directly adjacent to the plane of the roofing system is mechanically controlled blinds that regulate the amount of light penetrating the house. One side of the blinds at the appropriate angle of inclination reflects sunlight into the house.
The internal layout of the house is solved in such a way that all the rooms of the cottage were on double-height entrance hall with a transparent roof.
The interior of the cottage settled style cruising yachts with the use in the decoration of a large amount of wood (plywood with a veneer of valuable wood, paneling) and copper or brass parts (banisters and balconies, window and door accessories).
