STATUS
Under Construction
SIZE
25,000 sqft - 100,000 sqft
The Printhouse is a six story mixed-use, new construction project on Huguenot St. in New Rochelle. Replacing an existing printing warehouse and retail space, the new building will be 90% market rate rentals and 10% affordable units. To target the millennial generation, the design is heavily influenced by integrated technology. Located along the MetroNorth Railroad corridor, its proximity, 30 minutes from New York City, will attract young professionals looking for an affordable alternative.

The 68,3000 sf development will consist of 71 units, a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom units. All units will be furnished with modern finishes, large windows to allow for natural light and for those on the upper floors facing Huguenot Street, balconies. The ground floor will have approximately 3,000 sf of retail/commercial space flexible for for shared-work spaces, a coffee shop, or other alternatives. Resident amenities will include building-wide wifi access, a fitness center, game room and lounge with an area for social events, on grade parking, a mail room with digital notification screens, and storage units.
