Minthis Hills is a resort centered around nature, the golf course (the first in Cyprus), barefoot luxury and the enjoyment of the preserved natural surroundings.
The Minthis Hills complex spans five million square meters of wilderness, situated 560 meters above sea level on the slopes of a mountainous area, enjoying a special microclimate, benefiting from cool breezes and low humidity.
The urban plan that develops the complex starts from the premise of preserving and enhancing the natural features, minimizing intervention on the site, and maximizing views. It establishes a balance between contemporary design and the environment by integrating residences into the landscape, supporting them on the terrain, and protecting the peaks and ridges, with an organic arrangement that maximizes views and privacy for each home.
It was recognized from the beginning that the development density had to be limited to ensure the preservation of the natural values of the environment, only 5% of the surface will be built, the rest will remain as open spaces and virgin nature. Ensuring the correct balance between built form, infrastructure, open spaces, and the environment is an integral part of realizing the project's vision.
Pafilia, the developer, seeks the highest quality of design, execution, and materials, resulting in a resort that is a reference point in the Mediterranean. Pafilia commissioned ÁBATON to develop a promotion of detached single-family homes, which completes the complex's housing offer with a smaller product at a slightly reduced price. The proposal consists of 14 villas with views of the Mediterranean, 3 different designs of 2 or 3 bedrooms on a single floor, and some with the possibility of an independent guest room.
