Upon completion in March 2014, The Pillbox will provide 120 business with the space they need to develop and grow. Once the home to Allen & Hanburys, a pharmaceutical manufacturer from 1874, Workspace have ensured that many of the buildings historical features are preserved including blue engineering brick columns, lab tile flooring and the water tower which will soon become a two storey office. The new reception to The Pillbox will also strike similarities to a modern apothecary.
