The dwelling is an ‘L’ shape plan with the open pavilion at the rear allowing an abundance of natural light into the main living and a usable external space wrapping around the living spaces to the north and east.
The southern boundary is broken up by a series of sandstone and masonry podiums on the ground level with various setbacks to the boundary.
The roof form consists of a metal roof with a low pitch that forms a fine edge with a concealed integrated gutter. The metal finish extends below to the eave and extends to the wall of the dwelling. The roof forms consists of 2 covered terraces to the living room and bedroom 1 on level 1.
