The Otis

The Otis is a dynamic ground-up residential building in the heart of Richmond’s newly energized Scott’s Addition neighborhood. The project takes its cues from the industrial and manufacturing past of the area, using brick masses and industrial language in a refined and elegant way to translate the history of the place to the lives of the residents. The scope is focused on the public amenity spaces and all heavily used thoroughfares throughout the building, giving way to lively and bright lobbies and co-working spaces, more luxurious lounge spaces, and crisp service spaces.
