16,000 SF tenant improvement for a leading international non-profit in a recently renovated, three story heavy timber building in Seattle’s Belltown neighborhood. The client moved from an office space that did not meet the current needs of an organization where a majority of the staff are not at their desks on any given day. As part of the move, the group will be significantly decreasing their building footprint as well as the physical size of the workstations provided to the staff. The new space needed to have more meeting facilities and opportunities for staff to have alternate types of working spaces. The interior intervention was kept to a minimum in order to highlight the exposed building structure and amazing western water views.
