Our involvement of works included site specific concept design and Development application documents only. We worked closely with the Developer + clients in achieving a floor plan that met their current needs and future expansion. The project included a 12,500m2 extension to an existing warehouse and the construction of 1,500m2 of new office space.
Careful consideration has also been made for integration of the landscape design to incorporate with the building outdoor amenities.
Master Builder Association awarded this project BEST INDUSTRIAL BUILDING in 2013.
