Business-classics in a modern sophisticated interpretation
ZIKZAK Architects design studio has completed a project for the Perfect Group development company. Stanford is a multifunctional residential complex in the business center of the capital on Pechersk. As the developer himself notes, its philosophy is a state of mind and a special mood, the art of stylish and refined living. Therefore, this paradigm became the concept for the design project.
In the Stanford project, the functionality of the premises does not detract from its aesthetics. The energy of business life outside, on the street, is transformed into a relaxed gloss of sophistication as soon as you step into the lobby. Guests or residents of the residential complex immediately find themselves in a peaceful oasis of comfort, care, and coziness. For the convenience of visitors or for socializing outside the residential area, there are elegant seating areas with stylish sofas, armchairs, and coffee tables. Phyto-design is also provided: living green plants create an immediate sense of comfort and natural relaxation.
ZIKZAK Architects emphasized the unique status and hedonistic philosophy of the residential complex through interior design solutions. The walls made of ceramic granite in warm beige tones and the light marble flooring, contrasting with them in terms of temperature palette, give the room a stunning elegance, a sense of stability and luxury. The bronze brass plates used to decorate the walls further reveal the elegance and nobility of the place.
An eye-catching accent solution is the exclusive glass chandeliers, which are quantitatively located in the entrance group and complete the symbiosis of elegance and classicism with their crystalline essence framed in gold.
The reception area is highlighted by an accent wall of brown marble. The reception desk itself is quite simple, compact, ergonomically designed, and conveniently located. The space where the elevators are located is a continuation of the overall lobby composition: bronze, marble, and a large chandelier covering the entire wall, which visually expands the space and complements the aristocratic interior in a winning way.
ZIKZAK Architects maximally implemented the philosophy of a business-class residential complex in the lobby design of Stanford. The spac looks and is furnished exactly as befits the elegant style of modern business-classic: intellectual, luxurious secular aesthetics in which one feels stable, comfortable, and calm.
