A+ design group drew inspiration from the gentle waves of Sydney Harbour and the unique character of St Leonards existing curved facades. We expressed this idea by wrapping our architecture in undulating sculptural forms. This sleek new tower will provide a diverse mix of housing options and a new hub for creativity, social interaction and convenience.
Sophisticated residential apartments sit above five floors. At ground floor there is retail and cafes. The first floor amenities include a pool, spa, gym and childcare centre, These are followed by two levels of modern office space.
This proposal minimises the impacts of overshadowing and view loss on existing residential properties and maximises the views for its inhabitants. It also reduces the footprint of the current structure, allowing for more public domain, to enhance the quality of life for the future residents and visitors.
This design includes significant contributions towards the Council plans for the Bus and Rail Interchange Plaza. This is a project that will help redefine St Leonards as a cosmopolitan and cultural centre. The Landmark stands to add enormous value and identity to the area, a pivotal piece of architecture that responds contextually to its surroundings. St Leonards skyline is set to rise vertically with the exciting new contribution of The Landmark tower overlooking the Sydney skyline at 152 metres tall.
