Faced with the challenge of an unusual site on a small block, the Mark Lawler Architects team set about creating an innovative solution that could serve as a prototype from many small inner urban lots.
The design features large open areas and the late inclusion of a pool which occupies the north west corner of the site.
Working carefully within local government guidelines, the team were able to create a truly unique and interesting project that has provided exceptional value for the residents.
