A unique contemporary holiday home designed for a young family and their friends for an incredible break away from the city.

The architecture is split into two levels. The ground floor is the living space with copious amounts of daylight from the rising eastern sun, flowing decks, pool and an internal courtyard. What's unique about the lower unit, is its gardened terrace that can be utilized for sports, hanging out with friends or a roof top bar as you soak in the vistas around you.

The second level is the private block with three incredible bedrooms, stacked at a 40 degree divergence from the lower level, and thus splitting both into their own unique environments. This level also provides a gorgeous canopy to the swimming pool positioned underneath.

Every aspect of this home has been designed to be utilized in a number of ways as required by the inhabitants- to have a party, or even a moment of quiet introspection.
