This is a such a narrow two family house with frontage of 4 meters and 20 meters deep in residential area of Nagoya City where has strict construction conditions.
Customer request was an Italian modern wide open house with good ventilation.
We designed three story wooden house with a pointed roof.
Create atrium area on the 2nd floor looking up to the 3rd floor to provide direct sunlight and wind driven.
We succeed to provide further open feeling by choosing opened stairs and sliding doors. and reducing of partition.
Even such a narrow house can provide comfortable space more than you had imagined.
