The house in a square – attempt of creation modern an apartment house where is not only personal space for everyone, but also the space belonging to all house. The general space here is the small planted trees and shrubs courtyard which subordinates to itself all spaces of apartments and through exits and the terraces "cutting" a body of the house at different levels are carried out by communication of the house with environment. A courtyard - a place for dialogue, rest and the general holidays.The monolithic volume of the house from a dark bar, sharply contrasts with environment. The windows of the different sizes "scattered" on a facade, create an image which can be treated as a certain architectural sculpture.
